Like the one thousand suns setting,
At the dawn of new days,
Nothing’s as sweet,
As the death of the page,
When it meets with the reaper,
Of the quill dry with age.

One Thousand Cranes,

Although I count up a third,
That seem crooked and strange,
They float & then fall,
For the shiftless to claim,
While the rest just drift on,
